I have been working as a Chef for the last 22 years. Food is my passion and my life. I have owned 3 restaurants of my own in Italy before becoming freelance for private clients in Russia, Greece, France, Switzerland and Italy from 2006 until present .My food is definitely Italian in flavour and I love to use fresh local produce and keep my flavours simple and clean.
