Roberto, from the city of Mantua (in the north of Italy and near Lake Garda), studied at a professional cooking school and, since a young age, he has always been constantly looking for culinary stimulation, creating, experimenting and researching for new dishes to always satisfy the taste of the traditional but also the sofisticated palates. He worked in many hotels in Italy and abroad, cruise ships in the USA, restaurants recognised by the best national and international restaurant guides, such as Michelin, Espresso and Gambero Rosso. Roberto, for more than 15 years, also managed restaurants very well known on Lake Garda such as Bagatta La Lepre, Kapperi, and Wine Bars, establishing himself as one of the most recognized chefs by many customers. After this rewarding experience, he has decided to offer his services privately around the world and as a consultant in restaurants in Italy and abroad.
